BiteLog is a simple way to log what you eat and see your daily calories and macros.
📅 Pick a day at the top — tap the date or use the ‹ › arrows. "Today" jumps back to today.
🎯 Set your Daily goal in the box under the date — it shows what you've eaten, and how much is left shows at the bottom.
💧 Track water with the + and − buttons — one tap per glass.
➕ Tap the green + (top right) to add a food — make a new one, or open ★ Your favorites and tap one.
⭐ On the food screen, tap ☆ Add to favorites to save a food for quick re-adding later.
🎤 Every box has its own mic — but it works a little differently depending on where you are:
• On a computer: tap the blue 🎤 and speak. Voice works best in Chrome.
• On an iPhone browser: tap the blue 🎤 — the keyboard opens — then tap the 🎤 on the keyboard and speak.
• Easiest on iPhone: use the BiteLog app — tap any 🎤 and just talk.
🔍 You can also search the USDA food database. (Barcode scanning 📷 is on the phone app.)
🔢 Set Amount (how many you ate) — calories and macros multiply automatically.
⊕ Ate the same thing again? Tap the green ⊕ next to it — it becomes ×2, ×3… on one line.
✏️ Tap any food to edit it. Tap the ✕ to delete one.
📋 On an empty day, tap "Copy yesterday's foods" to repeat yesterday in one tap.
📊 Daily totals show at the bottom. "Clear day" there removes all foods for that day.
☁️ Tap the gear/cloud and log in to Sync — your phone and website share one list (foods, favorites, and water).

Log in with the SAME email & password you use for your creami app. Then your phone and this website will share one food list.
